Pan Asia Bank’s Team HR ignites ‘Big Match Fever’

Pan Asia Bank’s Team HR initiated an interesting event – ‘The Big Match Fever’ – to ignite the spirit of the ‘Big Match Season’ with all staff members dressed in their respective school t-shirts on a special dress down day held on 19 March to bring back the big match fever which normally takes centre stage in March every year but has been cancelled this year due to the pandemic.

As ‘The Truly Sri Lankan Bank’, the aim behind this initiative was to celebrate the enthusiasm Sri Lankans having for cricket and the ‘Big Match’ which everyone embraces during the month of March. It is also a way to support the staff to engage and boost their team spirit, which will also help to deliver highest level of service to the customers.
