Pin and Pam Fernando Trophy 2020 Zhao and Kaya secure titles

Zhao Liaug and Kaya Daluwatte secured their titles at the annual Pin and Pam Fernando trophy 2020 events which took place at the Royal Colombo Golf Club (RCGC) recently.

Zhao was in peak form netting a score of 65 with his closest being Somanath Fernando who ended as runner-up with a net score of 67 followed by Shamal Perera (68). In the Ladies event battled out for the Pam Fernando Trophy, Kaya Daluwatte was in sparkling form netting a score of 62 followed by Arika Wickramasiha (67) and Yun Jeong (71).

The youngest golfer event went to Nirekh Tejwani while the veteran and oldest of the event award was won by Bandula Weerasinghe. In the Gross event Kaya Daluwatte outclassed her closest opponent Aika by 8 points. In the Master’s net event B.M.R. Perera (73) edged out Nandalal Perera (74).
