Pink race at SLKC in aid of Apeksha Hospital Maharagama

Sri Lanka Karting Circuit (SLKC) will host the ‘Pink’ race on 26 October from 9 a.m. onwards in Bandaragama especially for lady drivers. 

Whether a first time karter, regular racer or just having a love for speed, here is the chance for the ladies to show off their skills behind the wheel. 

A charity race in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, all registration fees from this race will be donated to Apeksha Hospital, Maharagama. 

The top three drivers in each race category will take home attractive medals and bragging rights while helping a worthy cause.

There will be separate races for Juniors (13-15 years), Seniors (16-30 years) Masters (31-44 years) and Veterans (45 years and above). Deadline for entries is 25 October and lady drivers who wish to participate can call Thineth on +94 77 1648 996 to register. 

Breast Cancer Awareness Month held every October helps to increase attention and support for awareness, early detection and treatment as well as palliative care for Breast Cancer around the world and SLKC aims to support the cause through the Pink race.
