Police overcomes Army

Action at Police SC vs Army SC game yesterday

Police Sports Club bounced back with a better performance when they beat Army Sports Club by 19 points (3 tries, 2 conversions) to 10 points (2 tries) in their Inter Club Rugby League encounter which concluded at Police Park last evening.

At the short breather Cops led 7/5.

Police SC scored their 2 tries through Shanaka Harischandra and Heshan Fernando. Yohan Peiris converted both of them. 

Solder’s two unconverted tries were scored by Ashan Bandara and Lasantha Kumara.

Referee was Aruna Shantha.

Today there will be two matches down for decision in Colombo. First one will be between CH and FC and Air Force Sports Club at the Race Course ground while Navy Sports Club will host CR and FC at Welisara.
