Rain and mist hinder for cut off on day 2

Extreme weather delayed play by more than 400 minutes on day 2 of the Asia Amateur Championship in Japan yesterday.

Only 60 players managed to start their second round. Third day (5 October) will now be the cut line, with young Sri Lankan golfer Reshan Algama sitting at 2-over for the round and +7 overall, with three holes left. His team mate Chalitha Pushpika, also finished 2-over and sits at +9.

Both Sri Lankan golfers need to fight hard to make the cut.

Today (5 Oct) day 3 plus cut off will take place.
