Rain spoils Dharmaraja-Vidyartha friendly

Dharmaraja College opened their Under-19 inter-school cricket season with a friendly encounter against Vidyartha College which commenced at the Lake View Grounds yesterday.

After winning the toss the home team decided to bat first but only 49 overs were bowled with the Rajans scoring 141 for 5 when heavy rain prevented any play one hour after lunch.
