Rajok and Sachin take lead: LECTRA GP 2019 September

Rajok Amarapadma and Sachin De Silva fired three under par 68 to share the lead of the September Edition of the LECTRA Grand Prix 2019 sponsored by Apparel Technologies Ltd., member of the Bobbin Group of Companies. 

Rajok shot 5 birdies on the 2nd, 5th, 6th, 14th, 16th whilst Sachin birdied 6th, 7th, 8th, 14th, 16th to jointly share the lead after Round 1 of the September Edition of the popular Monthly Grand Prix event counted for the World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR).

The top ten after Round 1 were in a cluster six strokes from the leader promising a tight finish in the September Grand Prix.

B.A. Sanjeewa shot a 2 under par to be one stroke behind the leader, with P.D.S.U. Kumara in 4th place. LECTRA Grand Prix overall leader Sisira Kumara had to miss the tournament due to the demise of his mother-in-law.
