Sri Lanka Men’s outfit at an Outward Bound training

Sri Lanka Men’s’ and Women’s rugby outfit participated at three Outward Bound training sessions preparing for the Commonwealth Rugby Sevens 2022 which will be worked off in UK.

The Men’s outfit is Coached by Nilfer Ibrahim while Saliya Kumara is in charge of the Women’s. National selectors are expected to name a 12-member squad for each team for these games very shortly. Sri Lanka Men’s will be making their 7th appearance never being missed out on any Commonweal Rugby Sevens since its inception in 1998. Meanwhile the Women’s outfit will make their debut at the Games this year.
