Rugby Stabilisation Committee revoked

Through a Gazette notification yesterday the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs has revoked the Stabilisation Committee under Chula Dharmadasa.

The committee was appointed to continue the activities of Sri Lanka Rugby (SLR) after the Minister had suspended the local body in April this year.

Further, the decision on suspending Sri Lanka Rugby (SLR) by World Rugby (WR) will be notified shortly. – (SJ)
