SL Emerging Team leaves on cricket tour of Japan

Sri Lanka Emerging squad that left for Japan yesterday

Former S. Thomas’ College (ML) all-rounder and Ragama CC Under-23 skipper Dellon Peiris will lead a 15-member Sri Lanka Emerging cricket team on a tour of Japan.

The Lanka Emerging team will play five T20 matches against Japan, who are an associate member of the ICC.

The team comprises players who had performed well in the recently concluded Under-23 tournament and in the domestic competitions. The team left for Japan yesterday.
