SLC wins ‘Sri Lanka Best Employer Brand Awards 2024’

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) was conferred with the title of ‘Sri Lanka Best Employer Brand Awards 2024’ by the World HRD Congress.

The recognition was offered to Sri Lanka Cricket by World HRD, taking into consideration the focus Sri Lanka Cricket paid on translating and combining vision with action with HR strategy, building lines to mesh HR strategy in view of business transformation, cultivating competencies for the future to enable building the organisation to be future-ready, talent management, talent development, and recruitment strategies.

Apart from it, employee engagement, benefits and recognition, diversity and inclusion, women empowerment, promoting and managing health at workplace, and CSR initiatives are also among the criteria looked at.
