Sachin Silva wins 85th NEGC Club Championship

Veteran golfer Sachin Silva won the main event of the 85th Nuwara Eliya Golf Club (NEGC) Club Championship 2019, which took place on 1 and 2 February at the club’s golf course in Nuwara Eliya. 

The format featured two days of stroke play where the overall champion was decided after consideration of the best gross score. Players also competed for the Gold Medal, which was awarded for the best gross score on day 2. The gold medal was also a board event.

Dialog Enterprise was the main sponsor of this mega event while Amazing Sri Lanka was its co-sponsor.
