Saliya Kumara completes World Rugby Educator course

Former Trinity, Kandy SC and national sevens and fifteens player, Saliya Kumara successfully completed World Rugby Educator course which took place in Jakarta, Indonesia from 31 January to 2 February with a participation of 16. From Indonesia (5), Hong Kong (3), Singapore (3), Sri Lanka (2), Thailand (1), Malaysia (1) and Japan (1).

The course was mainly focused on introduction, WR educator selection criteria, accreditation process, style of delivery, competency and assessment plus presentation.

Currently Saliya Kumara is the three quarter coach of Trinity Under 19 rugby outfit.
