Sampath Bank Athletic Championship 2017 successfully concludes

The Sampath Bank Athletic Championship 2017 was held recently at the Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium, Diyagama.

Sampath Bank Plc Managing Director Nanda Fernando was the Chief Guest at the event which was attended by members of the bank’s corporate management team as well. Over 800 athletes from Sampath Bank competed across several sporting activities including the 100, 400 and 800 metres runs, long jump, high jump, discuss throw, shot put, javelin throw, hammer throw and medley relay. Team Super 565 was crowned the overall champions.
