“I think given the recent mini crisis faced by the tourism industry due to various reasons, it’s great to generate visibility for Chandan’s mission. We are honoured to support the adventure he is on and to ensure that the story goes around of the confidence he has in Sri Lanka as a destination and to showcase its great unharnessed potential as a place for great adventures,” said KL.LK Chairman Santosh Menon.

Chandan Lahiri who will be leading the team on this expedition, is a record holding adventurer, wilderness survival instructor, author and videographer. Chandan, who will be on his second major expedition, is also certified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He also runs OTA Survival School to train people for a safe outing in the wilderness.
