Sri Lanka ‘A’ were rocked by pacemen Khurram Shahzad (4/32) and Kashif Ali (5/31) as they were shot out for 115 after being invited to bat first by Pakistan ‘A’ on the first day of the first four-day unofficial Test at Rawalpindi yesterday.
Sri Lanka ‘A’ slumped to 14-4 before recovering through a half-century stand between Captain Pasindu Sooriyabandara (28) and Sonal Dinusha (30).
By stumps, Pakistan ‘A’ had made 66-2 to trail by 49 runs.
