Sri Lanka-Pakistan clash in WODI series today

Sri Lanka and Pakistan will commence a three match Women’s ODI series at Southend Club, Karachi today.

The series will mark the beginning of the ICC Women’s Championship 2022-2025 cycle.

The second and third matches of the series are scheduled for 3 and 5 June at the same venue.

The last time both teams came face-to-face in ODIs was back in 2018 when Pakistan toured Sri Lanka for a three-match IWC series. Pakistan put up a dominant performance as they swept the series 3-0 in Dambulla.

Pakistan who made a 3-0 clean sweep of the WT20I series begins the WODI series as favourites.
