For the very first time Sri Lanka Rugby (SLR) headed by Rizly Ilyas supported by Nippon Paint organised an event for “Before the long Whistle” at the Nittawela Rugby Stadium a night before the final encounter between Kandy SC and CR and FC played at Nittawela. 

Around 200 attended the event with SLR inviting their stakeholders, majority of them from the Central province along with their SLR Staff and Council Members graced this occasion. (SJ)
