Nilakshika Silva top scored for Sri Lanka with 22
Sri Lanka began their Women’s T20 World Cup tournament on a disappointing note when Pakistan beat them by 31 runs in a Group A match played at Sharjah yesterday.
Sri Lanka did well to keep Pakistan down to 116, but their batting simply let them down as they could reply with only 85-9 on a spin-oriented track.
