Sri Lanka to host Asian Cricket Council Under 19 Youth Asia Cup 2019

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) will host the ACC Under 19 Asia Cup which will take place in Sri Lanka during 5-14 September in Colombo, Katunayake and Moratuwa. National Selectors named a 15 member squad after the provincial encounters which took place at Pallekele and Dambulla earlier this month.

The squad was approved by Telecommunication, Foreign Employment and Sports Minister Harin Fernando. Sri Lanka will play in Group B alongside Bangladesh, UAE and Nepal. Meanwhile the defending champions, India will have a tougher group having needed to face of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Kuwait.

Sri Lanka will play Nepal (6 September), UAE (8 September) and Bangladesh (10 September)
