St. Peter’s College ran over the Plate champions, Kingswood College by 53 points (eight tries, five conversions, one penalty) to 12 points (two tries, one conversion) in their fourth quarter final of the Milo Knock-out rugby encounter which was worked off at the Royal Sports Complex yesterday.
At the short breather winners led 25/12.
The tournament was off-colour when the two leading teams in the league encounter, Royal and S. Thomas, pulled out of the tournament giving walk overs to Vidyartha and Wesley respectively.
St Peter’s will now meet Isipathana in one of the semi-final encounters while Vidyartha will lock horns with Wesley in another. The two games will take place on 13 and 14 Julyat the Royal Sports Complex.
