The Summer Season All-Island Open Badminton Championships 2020, organised by the Central Province Badminton Association together with the Nuwara Eliya Badminton Association in conjunction

with Sri Lanka Badminton, will be held at the Municipal Indoor Stadium in Nuwara Eliya from 4-10 April.

In addition to all the top shuttlers in the country, a number of prominent players from the South Asian region will also take part in this year’s event. 

A total prize bag of Rs. 500,000 will be on offer for winners of the seven-day national ranking level Platinum event.

Entries for the tournament will close on 20 March. Entry forms can be handed over to the SLB office at Maitland Place and at No. 2 Cambridge Terrace in Colombo 7, from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on weekdays and 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on Saturdays.
