Trinity College emerged number three at the recently concluded T.B. Jayah All-Island Boxing Meet which took place in Matara. They accounted for two Gold Medals, one Silver and one Bronze at this annual event which saw 41 schools participating with over 270 boxers in action. Narendeniya National School won the event.
Warun Bandara and Hamdan Faizal accounted for the Gold Medal while Jaganth Varshith got the Silver with Ryan Weerasekera claiming the Bronze.
Gold: Waruna Bandara (46-48 kg), Hamdan Faizal (48-50 kg)
Silver: Jaganth Varshith (52-54 kg)
Bronze: Ryan Weerasekera (41-43 kg)
