Sri Lanka star Table Tennis (TT) Paralympian, Pitiyage Don Silva Deshapriya yesterday secured

the Bronze medal at Asia Para TT Championship 2019 at in Taichung, Chinese Taipei.
In the semi-final he lost 3-2 to world number four seed, Koyo Iwabuchi of Japan.
Earlier in the first match Sri Lanka beat Indonesia 3-0 though lost the second match against Japan 0-3. Sri Lanka bounced back to beat Korea 3-0 and overcame China in Quarter final 3-0.
The Sri Lankan TT star secured a gold medal at the Thailand Open (class 9).
