Thomian skipper Mahith and Dineth make second tons for the season

Thomian skipper Mahith Perera and Dineth Goonawardene made second tons in their fixtures of the Under-19 Inter schools two-day cricket tournament against Wesley College conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Associati on Friday and Saturday at Mount Lavinia.

It was the second partnership of over 200 runs for the fourth wicket by this pair this month after having amassed a partnership of over 300 runs against St. Benedict’s last week.

Dineth Goonawardene of S. Thomas’ College Mt. Lavinia scored 104 runs and Thomian skipper Mahith Perera scored 103 runs sharing a 4th Wicket partnership pf 203 runs against Wesley College Colombo.

Following on 104 for 5 (32 overs) (Akash Fernando 2/14) S. Thomas' retained the M. Sathavisam Memorial Trophy.
