Sri Lanka Rugby (SLR) appointed a three-member committee to look in to the withdrawal of Kandy SC for the Clifford Cup knock out rugby, which concluded last week-end with the Park Club winning it after 37 years drought.

They will be looking in to details of the tournament rule book and World Rugby regulations, and will advise the SLR on this or any future team pulling out of the tournament and course of action to be taken.
