Thurstan outclass Sri Sumangala

Thurstan College outclassed Sri Sumangala College, Kandy by 52/7 in the Milo Premier Trophy final which was worked off at the Racecourse ground in Colombo during last weekend.

Thurstan beat St. Benedict’s in the first semi-final while Sri Sumangala got the better of Ananda in the other semi-final encounter. Shakab, Anjana, Riskhan, Dilshan, Chanaka and Sayuru scored the tries while Tharindu and Riskhan did the conversions. For the losers, the only try was scored by Sadeepa with Umesh converting. Dinka Peiris refereed at the match.
