Trials conducted by Sri Lanka Golf for Asian Games tee off today

The trials for Asian Games 2023 conducted by Sri Lanka Golf (SG) will take place from today (10 January) till 13 January at the Nuwara Eliya Golf Club (NEGC) course.

First tee off will be at 8 am.

Some top-class players such as Mithun Perera, Anura Rohana, and Thangaraja will play in this event alongside some promising youngsters such as the former Junior champion, Yannik Kumara, Kaya Daluwatte, and Reshan Algama. 

Kaya Daluwatte won the Gold segment while Reshan accounted for the Silver three years in tandem at the recently concluded event in Colombo.

Reshan and Kaya will be competing as the youngest in this event in the Boys and Girls segments which is played among the elite set of the national golfers. (SJ)
