The 50th Mercantile Rugby Sevens was worked off at the CR and FC Rugby Ground at Longdon Place yesterday.
Majority of the Bowl encounters were concluded yesterday while the balance will be worked off today. The knock out stages will commence around 11 a.m. in the morning.
John Keells A looks the strongest outfit closely followed by Dialog A in the Cup segment. The last event took place in 2019 with MAS Holdings and Access Group declared as joint champions, John Keells A won the Plate while Brandix won the Bowl, 3DH accounted for the Shield.
