Udula, Anusha win Commander’s Cup Golf Championship

Veteran golfers, Air Vice Marshall (rtd) Udula Wijesinghe (gents) and Anusha Senadhira (ladies) won the 11th Commanders Cup 2024 for their respective segments at the Eagles Golf Links in China Bay, Trincomalee last weekend. 

Udula who retired from services after three plus decades celebrated his retirement life with a grand win.

The annual colourful event which was very well organised saw more than 100 golfers teeing off for honours in the most challenging golf course in the country. This was the first event under the newly appointed Air Marshal Udeni Rajapakse who graced the occasion with a prize giving same night in China Bay.
