Nirmal Dharmarathna was in sensational form, being the overall winner at the Victoria Golf Resort (VGR) monthly medal, which took place at their club course in Rajawella recently. 

His score was 66, which was outstanding.

In the Nett segment deserving winner among the ladies was the skilled golfer, Melanin Bond who won in tandem at her home course, having a net score of 83.

Another veteran golfer, Rohan Amirthiah emerged as the victorious gents’ Nett winner, displaying his exceptional golfing techniques, which set him apart from the rest. His score was net 72.

Gross category saw Good Shepherd Convent schools girl, Anumithiyanta Karunatilaka claimed the title for the ladies with her outstanding performance on the challenging course. Her skills and dedication to the sport was evident as she effortlessly navigated through the course, leaving her mark on the scoreboard. This was her second title in the recent past at VGR, having a gross score of 125.

In the gents division, it was Derrick Ponnambalam who secured the coveted gross title. His exceptional display of accuracy and precision amazed the spectators and left them applauding his extraordinary golfing abilities. His score was gross score of 83.
