Victoria Junior Open Golf Championship tee off today

The Victoria Junior Open Golf Championship will tee off on 2 September, sponsored by Nations Development Bank (NDB). This is a board event played since 1999. 

More than 80 young golfers already registered and the defending champion is Haroon Aslam in the Boys segment while Dinumi Sanjana from the Girls section. 

The winner will be the junior golfer coming with best from the 18 holes in each segments, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Copper. The scores from the 1st day of the Kandy Regional Junior Open will also be considered for the final scores on day 2.
