Sri Lanka Women’s rugby pool for the Asia Rugby Sevens 2021 was reduced to 20 players from the original 50 after trial games conducted under the watchful eyes of the national selectors and Head Coach Saliya Kumara. The tournament will take place from 19 November and continued on the following day as well. The finalists will book their berths for the Women’s Rugby World Cup Sevens 2022 in South Africa

Anusha Attanayake, Nimesha Wijewardena, Dilini Kanchana, Nipuni Rasanjali, Dulani Pallikkondage, Shanika Dilani, Umayanga Thathsaruni, Theekshana Liyanage, Thushari Samaraweera, Kanchana Mahendran, Sajeewani Perera, Kumari Dilrukshi, Krishnakumar Hekashini, Madushani Araliya, Samantha Jayamali, Hashini Anuthhara, Dineshika Munasinghe, Nirasha Weerasinghe, Ayesha Perera and Dilani Pollhewage.

Pool A: Japan, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Philippines.
Pool B: China, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Malaysia.
