Sri Lanka has named the initial squad of 27 players for the three leg Asia Rugby Women’s Seven Series 2019 which will take place in South Korea (31 August-1 September), China (14-15 September) and Colombo (28-29 September).
The squad was selected following the conclusion of the Women’s Rugby Sevens in Welisara recently. The squad began training under former Police and Kandy SC player Sudath Sampath.
