Zahira College wins President Cup Inter School Football Tournament

Hameed Al Husseinie College Colombo Group 80’s organised President Cup Inter School Football Tournament 2018 was held at the Race Course Grounds, Colombo on Sunday.

In the final Zahira College Colombo beat Hameed Al Husseinie College Colombo 4-3 in a penalty shootout after the teams drew at half full time.

Champion team Zahira Colleg Captain Mohamed Murushid received the President’s Trophy from Parliamentarian Mujeebur Rahuman.

Best Goal Keeper Zahira Coolege M. Shakir, Most Valuable Player of the Tournament and High Scorer of the Tournament Hameed Al Husseinie College M.A.J.M. Rizan and Best Player Zahira College M. Hamadh received their awards from the sponsors.

The Main Sponsor of the tournament, Chairman of the Oxford Group Imtiaz Farook, Directors Roshan Farook, Shameel Farook and Hifaz Farook, Hameed Al Husseinie College Principal A.K.T.
