Arumugam wins December Pin Fernando Grand Prix

M. Arumugam shot an excellent 5 under par 66 to win the December Pin Fernando Grand Prix at the Royal Colombo Golf Club (RCGC) yesterday.

He had a total of 1 under par, 283 to win by 1 shot from Vijitha Bandara and N. Ranga who finished joint second.

M. Arumugam had birdies on 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 18 holes and 1 boggy on the 11th hole. Vijitha Bandara who came second in the Sri Lanka Open having 6 under par, could not maintain his good Golf.

The results of this Grand Prix counts towards World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR) which is compiled by R&A, which is the Governing body for Golf World wide.
