Asian Alliance Insurance partners Sri Lankan delegates to London Paralympic 2012

The London Paralympic Games 2012 is scheduled to be held from 29 August to 9 September in a grand scale with the participation of sports personnel across the world. This multi-sport event held every four years,

involves the elite athletes who are differently abled due to various reasons. The London Paralympic Games are expected to be the greatest ever celebration of sporting achievement by disabled athletes which will also provide a golden opportunity to change attitudes about disability away from the competitive limelight.

A team consisting of seven National Athletes is representing Sri Lanka at this prestigious event in various Sports Disciplines. Further, out of the seven athletes, five members represent the security forces of Sri Lanka whose performance at National and International events have been outstanding.

Identifying sports as a fundamental factor in holistic development of a human being, Asian Alliance Insurance partnered the Sri Lankan team who participate in the London Paralympic Games 2012.
