Bank of Ceylon principal sponsor of SLAF’s Sigiriya Rally Cross 2014

The Bank of Ceylon, extending its support to develop sports in Sri Lanka, is the Principal Sponsor of the Sigiriya Rally Cross 2014 for the fifth consecutive year. The funds raised from this event will be allocated to welfare and social development activities of Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF). Bankers to the Nation, BOC strongly believes that the Sigiriya Rally – Cross truly addresses the SLAF organisers primary objective of enhancing mutual understanding and trust between SLAF personnel and civilians and at the same time assists to enhance the image of the Sigiriya historic area attracting adventure seeking local and foreign tourists. The organisers ensure that many talented competitors will race in this specially designed track making it an event that is not to be missed by motor racing enthusiasts as it puts a truly remarkable test on the skills and speed of these riders and drivers.
