Bartleet Group sponsors SSC Cricket Team sports attire

In keeping with the Bartleet Group culture of encouraging sporting activities, the company recently signed a sponsorship agreement wherein they sponsored the Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC) Cricket team’s sports attire. In doing so, Bartleet Group reiterated its continued policy of social responsibility towards the game that is loved by many a Sri Lankan.

The sponsorship agreement was signed by Mr. Eraj Wijesinghe, the former Chairman of Bartleet Group, who is presently the Managing Director/CEO and the Secretary of SSC Mr. A.D.H. Samaranayake at the SSC grounds. Eshanth Wijesinghe Director BF, Chairman CHC-SSC Samanthe Dodanwela and SSC Premier XI cricket captain Kaushal Silva were also present at the head table. SSC team members and Bartleet Group officials too were present at the occasion.

The sports attire sponsored by the Bartleet Group was yet another step in the direction of diverting its energy and resources in fulfilling its responsibilities towards the game. It was also a visible show of solidarity and reaching out to promote the gentleman’s game at the first class level. The event concluded in a cordial atmosphere between the management of Bartleet Group and officials of the board of SSC.

Secretary of the SSC Mr. A.D.H. Samaranayake added, “ This is yet another event in the history of the SSC Cricket Club that I’m sure is a boost to the team and an assurance of support of the corporate sector represented by Bartleet Group. Furthermore, it gives us hope that the sport will grow from strength to strength with such support received from Bartleet”.
