BMW drives golf to new heights in Sri Lanka

BMW, one of the most elite brands in the world has been listed in publications like Millward Brown’s Brandz Top 100 report as the “Most Valuable Automotive Brand in the World”. It is by continuously striving to bring joy and pleasure to its customers through imagination and creativity in its products that BMW has achieved such high prestige.

 Keeping with this high stature of BMW, Prestige Automobiles Ltd, the authorised dealer in Sri Lanka will sponsor the inaugural BMW Golf Cup International to be held on Saturday 10 September at the Royal Colombo Golf Club. This tournament is an ideal setting for amateur golfers to brandish their golfing skills.

The BMW Golf Cup International is open to all members of the club in the Men’s and Ladies section with a valid handicap and who are above 18 years of age (excluding student members). The tournament will be split into two categories, BMW Owners Category and Non BMW Owners Category. Each category will have three groups consisting of Men’s A, Men’s B and Ladies.

The Winners of the Men’s A & B and the Ladies groups of the Non-BMW Owners Category will be offered a trophy and a joyous golfing getaway in Malaysia with return airfare and hotel accommodation paid for. The Runners up will also be rewarded with trophies and prizes.

The Winners of the Men’s A & B and the Ladies groups of the BMW Owners Category will be given an opportunity to take their shot in the BMW Golf Cup Finals to be held in Singapore with hotel accommodation and airfare paid for.

At the conclusion of the tournament, the sponsor, Prestige Automobiles (Pvt) Ltd will host a gala fellowship for all participants, concluding the event with a prize distribution.
