Caltex cries over vandalism

Chevron Lubricants Lanka Managing Director Kishu Gomes yesterday revealed that the Company had lost over Rs. 500,000 worth of promotional material due to vandalism during Rugby matches.

“Sadly Caltex have lost over 500,000 worth of promotional material in games played in Kandy and I am pleading with the supporters to please refrain from such acts” Caltex have pumped in more than Rs. 400 million over the last 12 years into rugby and it is very disheartening to see these acts of vandalism,” he told during the press conference at the SLRFU.
