Colombo FC defeated Hillary SC by 15-1. Goals were scored by A.C. Frank (3 goals – 08th,15th ,17th),  T.F.B. Dimitri (7 goals - 20th ,28th , 32nd ,76th ,79th ,80th ,91+ minutes), K.A.D. Madushanka (3 goals – 10th , 48th ,71st ), M.R.M. Risni (83rd minute), A.R.A. Shazny (89th minute) for Colombo FC and S. Jesuthasan scored a goal in the 89th minute for Hillary SC.

The match was played on 14 May  at Racecourse grounds, Colombo. 

Renown SC Vs Java Lane SC (05-01)

Renown SC defeated Java Lane SC by 5-1. Goals were scored by O.J. Michole (9th minute), M. Fazal (19th minute), T.C. De Silva (32nd minute), M.C.M. Rifnaz (75th minute), A.M.A. Azlam (88th minute) for Renown and N.N. Jude scored a goal in the 59th minute for Java Lane.

The match was played on 14 May at Racecourse grounds, Colombo. 

Note: Matches scheduled for  15 May were postponed due to adverse weather condition (SL Air Force Vs SL Army and Saunders Vs Blue Star).
