TGI Fridays is bringing the FIFA Football World Cup mania to Colombo with the TGI Fridays Super Shoot out promotion. The TGI Fridays Super Shoot Out was launched along with the FIFA World Cup with the participation of Sri Lanka’s national football players.
Taking place daily opposite the TGI Fridays Restaurant at Dutch Hospital Precinct in Fort, those passing by have the opportunity to flex their football skills and shoot the goal to win whopping discounts and quench their thirst with a refreshing Kotmale Chox.
TGI Fridays Deputy General Manager Lalin Ratwatta said the exciting promotion is attracting large crowds.
“People passing by get a chance to kick the goal every weekday between 5-6:30 p.m. There is a lot of excitement surrounding the FIFA World Cup and the crowd simply enjoys taking part in the Super Shoot Out. Anyone who shoots a goal walks away with an amazing 20% off discount voucher from TGI Fridays. They also get a delicious and energising Kotmale Chox with every goal scored!” he said.
Meanwhile TGI Fridays Chefs are dishing out a special football menu until July 14 2014. Fans can enjoy their favourite TGI Fridays appetisers and beverage pitchers at amazing prices while they watch the game in the exhilarating environment of the restaurant.
“Our signature loaded potato skins and buffalo bites along with fries, potato wedges, fried calamari, seafood platter, etc., and several specialty beverages are all discounted from 5 p.m. so that football fans can enjoy the grub and the game at TGI Fridays,” Ratwatta said.
