Central Bank A Divi. Champs at nationalise services TT tournament

The Nationalise services Table Tennis Knock-out Tournament- 2011 was held on 22 June 2011 at the Indoor Stadium of the S. Thomas Collage, Mt. Lavinia. This tournament was conducted under three Divisions viz, A, B, & C.

The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) emerged as the Champion of the Division “A” after competing with very strong teams namely the Lake house, National Saving’s Bank, People’s Bank and Rupavahini Corporation.

Initially, the CBSL competed at the Nationalise services Table Tennis Knock-out Tournament in 2009. The CBSL emerged as the Champions in the Division “C” and Division “B” in 2010, respectively. Furthermore, the players of the CBSL have shown their remarkable talents throughout the tournament and they have won the Division “A” Championship by defeating the Rupavahini Corporation.

In addition, the teams that represented the CBSL under the Division “C” and Women in Division “B” have emerged as the Runners-up, respectively.
