Commercial Bank runners-up at Mercantile Inter Firm Badminton finals

The badminton team of the Commercial Bank of Ceylon emerged runners-up at the Mercantile Inter Firm Team Doubles Championship held recently at the S Thomas’ College Indoor Badminton Stadium. The Commercial Bank Team beat teams of the Standard Chartered Bank, Seylan Bank and MAS Holdings in the preliminary matches and lost to NDB Bank in a closely contested final.
