Commercial Bank’s Men and Women Mercantile Table Tennis champs

The Men’s and Women’s Table Tennis teams of Commercial Bank emerged victorious at the recently concluded 2011/2012 Mercantile League Tournament.

The bank’s Women’s team, the defending champions in the A Division of the tournament, successfully defended its title, while the Bank’s Men’s team emerged winners in the B Division of the tournament. Commercial Bank’s Women’s Table Tennis team comprised of Saranga De Silva of the Ambalangoda Branch and Nuwangi Aponso of the Current Accounts Division of the Foreign Branch.

Asitha Vidanagamage of Card Centre, Amila Wijesundara of Dehiwala branch, D.R. John of the Wellawatte Branch, D.G.P. Kariyawasam of the Offshore Banking Unit and G.G.G.C. Harshapriya of the Deniyaya Branch were the members of the Bank’s Men’s team.
