The Central Province Rugby Football Union (CPRFU) organised Under 20 seven-a-side rugby tournament, which was scheduled to be worked off this weekend, was cancelled due to the Zahira sevens and many schools pulling out due to the later date which was nearing their school 15-a-side season. The school season will commence in early March.
Now the CPRFU will conduct an under 18 seven-a-side tournament in February. Further a visiting Australian side from Sydney will lock horns with CPRFU XV on 17 January, with the kickoff scheduled for 4 p.m.
