Dilroy attends Match Commissioner course in Malaysia

Former Isipathana, CR & FC, Sri Lanka fly half and World Rugby accredited leading former referee Dilroy Fernando participated in a Match Commissioner course conducted by Steve Griffiths (World Rugby Trainer), which was attended by a total of 10 participants from all over Asia (West Asia, India, Sri Lanka, Korea, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong. The course comprised both theory and practical activities.
