Dinesh Jayewardene and Ameen Deen placed 2nd in FIA - Asia Cup, Thailand.

Local Racing champion, Dinesh Jayewardene, was place 2nd in the Asia Cup,  held in Thailand Last week.  Dinesh having raced in the Dubai dessert rally, now has set his eyes in the Asia Pacific Rally Champion ship held annually and fiercely competed by many regional veteran champions. Dinesh, managed to get his Evo 10, across to Thailand on his own, and was able to compete among other veterans, and kept the Sri Lankan Flag flying.  “The experience is very helpful for me to prepare for the race in India next year and I will be going with much more preparations for these races from now on” said Dinesh along with his co driver, Ameen Deen.  Among many well wishers and supporters, he particularly thanked the local Wurth team in Thailand and the Wurth Team in Sri Lanka, who came forward to help and  arrange logistic support at the Race site.
