Galadari welcomes New Zealand VIP Cricket Team

The Galadari Hotel recently welcomed the New Zealand VIP Cricket Team to Sri Lanka at a briefing which was held at the hotel on 5 July at its Anthurium Hall. 

The special team includes young and aspiring cricketers, parents, grandparents and siblings who travel to Sri Lanka on organised cricket tours. During their two weeks in Sri Lanka they will enjoy and experience all that the country has to offer.

Among the places the team will play cricket are Colombo, Kandy and Galle. The aim of this unique experience is to enable the young cricketers to gain exposure to playing under challenging climatic conditions and also to gain new skills whilst having fun at the same time. 

Apart from cricket, this unique experience offers the young kids educational tours. The group is expected to visit some amazing places which include national parks, tea plantations and beaches. The group will also experience Sri Lanka’s rich culture and history.
